Berlin Philharmonic Stradivarius Summit
Brahms ou la richesse intérieure IX
Chamber Music
Wednesday, 16 August 2017
7.30 pm, Zweisimmen Church
Brahms’ sextet and Tchaikovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence” are beautiful works of music. But perhaps one could say that they are even more beautiful when brought to life by exceptional instruments (and instrumentalists!), as in the case of the “Berlin Philharmonic Stradivarius Summit” – the union of six musicians from the best orchestra in the world together with six instruments made by the greatest instrument maker of all time and made available through the generosity of a Swiss foundation!
