General assembly and dinner at the Hotel Palace
The Festival Friends celebrate the festival all year round.
An important and fixed component is the association assembly, which generally takes place during the festival in August.
The Festival Friends normally meet in spring to get in the mood for the coming summer.
The crowning highlight is the Festival Friends' Evening during the festival with a joint concert visit and subsequent dinner.
The various dates are announced here in good time and invitations are sent out individually.

Festival Friends Evening
Sunday, 18th August 2024, 6 pm at the Gstaad Festival Tent
The dinner at the Gstaad Palace will take place after the concert (for invited guests, invitation will follow).

concert introduction in the Festival Friends’ bistro (Concerts in the Tent)
This summer, Festival Friends will once again have access to their own lounge and bar at selected concerts in the Gstaad festival tent: the Bistro - a place to meet and a venue for interesting conversations among friends.
The concert introductions by experts, insiders or artists enrich the concert visit and provide insights into the programme of the evening.
The opening hours of the bistro and the dates of the concert introductions will be published here shortly before the festival begins.
The concert introductions are open to all visitors and are made possible by the Association of the Festival Friends.
