Joy & Love
Today’s Music

“Menuhin's Heritage Artist” in the purest sense of the word – curious, uninhibited, open to the world –, Nemanja Radulović is coming to Saanen with his ensemble Double Sens and the programme of his first Warner album, born during the pandemic shutdown. “Until February 2020,” he confided, “I thought the world had no borders. And then it all shut down. I tried to create, to work on my violin, but it wasn't working. So, I listened to music. A lot of music! In particular Mozart and world music, which gave me the key to this new project: to reconnect through sound all these spaces that had suddenly frozen in on themselves, and to discover through these different traditions new ways of playing the violin, of expressing music. With two essential feelings in life as a common thread: joy and love.”
