Nightfall – Alice Sara Ott
Chamber music
Sunday 15 August 2021
6 pm, Saanen Church
Music of twilight and night, of shadows and dreams. Music that carries lights in secret, more delicate than those of the day, but not less rich and warming: it is an extraordinarily beautiful programme that the German pianist Alice Sara Ott presents to us. If you are not yet familiar with the subtle art of this most precocious musician – who at the age of three, when she could barely speak, realised that “music is the language that goes beyond words” and decided to devote her life to it – go and take a look at her impressive discography, published since 2008 under the Deutsche Grammophon label.
