Born in 1994, Anton Spronk had his first cello lessons with his father at the age of four, before joining Monique Bartels' class in Amsterdam and then Thomas Grossenbacher's class in Zurich. He is currently pursuing his studies in Berlin with Jens Peter Maintz. He plays a magnificent instrument built in 1865 by Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume, placed at his disposal by a Dutch foundation. Born in 1996, Ivan Bašić first studied at the University of Arts in Belgrade, before joining Konstantin Scherbakov's class at the Hochschule der Künste in Zurich in 2017, where he is currently completing his Master's degree as a soloist.
