Ravel's Blues – Tetzlaff & Andsnes
Chamber Music
Friday, 4 August 2017
7.30 pm, Zweisimmen Church
They have come together time and again for more than 20 years to create very intense and very fruitful chamber music projects. Those who are familiar with their recording of Janáček-Debussy-Ravel-Nielsen that was released by Virgin Classics in 1995 will especially enjoy this concert with two of the masterpieces from the album, particularly the “blues” character of Ravel’s work which is performed with such natural ease.
