(Good) music knows no boundaries, as we all know. Mozart and urban music are thus made for each other! The success of the “Breakin' Mozart” show, created in 2013 by German director Christoph Hagel, is a striking example for this. Hagel, who has made these great crossover shows his trademark – such as “Flying Bach”, seen by more than 300,000 people in 27 countries –, invites singers and breakdancers from the DDC Dancefloor Destruction Crew, a company founded in Schweinfurt in 1999 in the midst of the urban “battles” wave and that made its international debut thanks to Mozart himself!
