Douce France – Menuhin's Heritage Artist III Nemanja Radulović & Laure Favre-Kahn
Chamber music
Thursday 19 August 2021
7.30 pm, Saanen Church
Completely uninhibited, with a totally asserted uniqueness, Nemanja Radulović belongs to this new generation of artists who are greatly helping to renew the classical scene. Benefiting from the “Menuhin's Heritage Artist” contract of trust (which guarantees him an annual invitation for five years), the daring and uncompromising violin performance of the Franco-Serbian musician would have undoubtedly charmed the founding father of the Festival, who liked nothing more than to be opened up to new horizons. With his long-time partner, Laure Favre-Kahn from Arles, he is revisiting some of the most beautiful pages for violin and piano – those that give pride of place to the “singing” character of the instrument.
This concert is being filmed and recorded and can be viewed at a later point on gstaaddigitalfestival.ch. The Gstaad Digital Festival newsletter will inform you about the details of its publication.
