Vivaldi Canzonette
Nuria Rial & Avi Avital
Orchestral Concert
Monday, 5 August 2019
7.30 pm, Zweisimmen Church
Did you enjoy last year’s Four Seasons, in their original or revisited versions by Max Richter or Astor Piazzolla? You will love their interpretation by Avi Avital’s mandolin, whom we already met in 2017 together with the London Menuhin School Orchestra. Here, the Israeli prodigy is sharing the stage with one of the Baroque scene’s most brilliant stars, Nuria Rial, well known to the Festival audience, with a Vivaldi programme letting off fireworks of colour.
