Matinée des Jeunes Etoiles II – Lara Boschkor
Chamber Music
Saturday, 28 July 2018
10.30 am, Gstaad Chapel
At the age of 18 the young German already has earned a number of awards at international competitions that have made it possible for her to perform with orchestra not only throughout Germany but also in Mexico, Armenia and Japan. The most recent of her distinctions: the first prize at the TONALi Competition in 2017, awarded for her brilliant interpretation of Prokofiev’s First Concerto as performed in the brand new surroundings of the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. The fireworks of her rapid ascent have not deterred her from serenely following her studies in Erik Schumann’s class at the Kronberg Academy.
