His talent and technique are so phenomenal that one could almost imagine him “exploding into supersonic flight”. Daniil Trifonov is still flying and his programmes never stop to amaze. Following his debut at the festival in 2015 with Rachmaninov’s Fourth Concerto, he is back with a carefully sculpted concert centering around the figure of Frédéric Chopin.
